Chris brings a unique blend of compassion, leadership, and hands-on experience to Resource Beagle. Her journey has been shaped by years of service and advocacy — from her early involvement with the Girl Scouts of America, where she cultivated a deep commitment to community service, to her role as an administrator in the prosthetic and orthotic field, where she worked closely with patients navigating complex medical and insurance systems.
With over two decades of experience in healthcare administration, Chris has developed a strong understanding of the intricate web of government regulations, insurance policies, and nonprofit operations. Her ability to interpret and navigate these systems has helped countless individuals access the care and support they need — especially during life’s most challenging moments.
Chris’s leadership is rooted in empathy and action. She knows that behind every denied claim or confusing application is a person who needs help, and she’s built Resource Beagle to be a place where those people are seen, heard, and supported. Her experience working with underserved populations — including seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and families in crisis — has shaped the organization’s mission: to connect people with the resources that can truly make a difference.
Under Chris’s guidance, Resource Beagle has grown into a trusted nonprofit that doesn’t just hand out phone numbers — it walks alongside individuals, helping them understand their options, complete applications, and follow through until solutions are found.

Bonnie Easton, Treasurer
Behind every successful organization is someone who keeps the wheels turning — and for Resource Beagle, that person is Bonnie. As our Treasurer, Bonnie brings a rare combination of precision, integrity, and compassion to everything she does.
Managing the financial and operational details that others often shy away from, Bonnie approaches her role with unwavering commitment and reliability. She ensures that both our clients and our donors can trust that every dollar is handled with care, transparency, and purpose. Her attention to detail is unmatched — from crossing every “t” to dotting every “i,” Bonnie makes sure our financial foundation is solid and our operations run smoothly.
Bonnie lives by the principle: “The name goes on after the quality goes in.” That mindset guides her work, especially when it comes to managing funds and maintaining accountability. She understands that behind every budget line is a person in need — and she treats each responsibility with the seriousness and heart it deserves.
But Bonnie’s impact goes far beyond spreadsheets and reports. She has a huge heart and a deep passion for helping others. Whether it’s supporting a team member, advocating for a client, or ensuring our mission stays on track, Bonnie’s dedication is felt in every corner of Resource Beagle.

Wil Haines, Secretary
With over 50 years of experience in the orthopedic field of prosthetics and orthotics, Wil brings unmatched expertise, wisdom, and dedication to the Resource Beagle team. His career has spanned both clinical and administrative roles, serving faithfully as a clinical prosthetist and orthotist, and leading with integrity in every position he’s held.
Wil’s commitment to advancing the field goes beyond his professional work. He has volunteered extensively with the National Association for Orthotics and Prosthetics (AOPA) and the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics (ABC) — two of the most respected organizations in the industry. His leadership as President of the oldest ABC-accredited facility in the United States speaks volumes about his credibility, experience, and dedication to quality care.
Throughout his career, Wil has been deeply engaged in addressing the systemic challenges within the healthcare system, particularly those affecting individuals with disabilities. His firsthand exposure to the barriers patients face — from access to care to navigating insurance and government systems — has fueled his passion for advocacy and reform.
At Resource Beagle, Wil serves not only as our Secretary, but also as a trusted advisor and counselor, offering valuable insight into healthcare policy, patient needs, and operational excellence. His presence strengthens our mission and ensures that our work is grounded in decades of real-world experience.
